Scalable & Flexible Digital Ecosystem
The digital ecosystem we created integrated with easy to use front end tools so that the marketing, comms, brand and events team at public sector network are able to easily update content. The digital system we designed and developed includes the website, secure members area, community hub, CRM integration, Events and Learning management system.
Simple, Feature Rich Website
We designed and developed the new website for PSN. This also included an integrated SSO sign up and login function for members to access the members portal we developed. The website was built on WordPress with a variety of plugins and custom code and updates to ensure that it reflected the PSN brand and provided a rich yet simple user experience. Our team designed the user interface for each section and built the website using pre-existing and custom code to make the pages stand out.
HubSpot CRM integration
We implemented HubSpot as the CRM and takes into account member information and how the website once logged in caters to dynamic content based on region, content type, content material and format.
Events Integration

Community Hub
We also created a community hub which has different topics that a member is able to subscribe to and take active part in engaging with their topics of interest and discussions.
Learning Management System
The learning management system (LMS) helps the team at Public Sector Network to load content, courses have optional quizzes and a certificate can be generated upon successful completion.
We also updated the brand and user experience of the website to make it more easy to use, functionality over heavy design was given prominence in defining the design language for the website and members area.
Mobiddiction being a WP-Engine & AWS partner took care of the migration of all content and members data with almost no disruption to the PSN member base as we continue to support and work closely with the team at PSN on their digital initiatives.
