Teams from both companies met up last month to celebrate the beginning of the mutually beneficial relationship. HERE Technologies offers their Open Location Platform, transforming how customers can integrate disparate data sets with existing location intelligence to support various industries to deliver solutions that enable the future of location technology through strategic partnerships.

Sydney-based tech consultancy Mobiddiction, hopes to leverage HERE Technologies’ Open Location Platform to create solutions which integrate location across multiple industries. These include indoor mapping, custom way-finding, extending location-based interactivity and proximity and location-based content based on beacons.
Mobiddiction has considerable experience working in the location-based space. Collaborating with clients across government and enterprise, we’ve developed and managed mapping services through applications including the Sydney Royal Easter Show App, SharkSmart, FishSmart, Wild About Whales and Forestry Corporation, which all provide users with location-based information.
Based in Amsterdam, HERE Technologies has a number of offices across the globe. Their Australian expansion includes partnering with respected and trusted companies to develop and collaborate on new solutions that shape location technology. Mobiddiction is one of HERE’s initial partners in the country and both organisations hope to develop and transform mapping solutions for the future.
