ESV is a financial and business advisory firm that needed a modern way to manage complex, multi step client data collection across a wide range of advisory workflows. The solution required a consistent and repeatable process that improved data accuracy while reducing administrative overhead.

Mobiddiction designed and delivered a tablet first web application that worked seamlessly on iPad and Android devices. The app captures structured client data across multiple form types and allows staff to complete workflows entirely on client premises, even without an internet connection. All collected data synchronises securely to ESV’s internal systems once connectivity is restored, ensuring reliability in field conditions and consistency across the advisory process.

FP Markets is a licensed and regulated global trading platform that required a high performance mobile solution to support experienced traders using real time financial data. Mobiddiction was engaged to rapidly design and develop secure native iOS and Android apps capable of meeting trading expectations for speed, accuracy and reliability.

The apps allow users to trade forex, equities, commodities, ETFs and other asset types through FP Markets’ own APIs and several third party financial information providers. They include real time positions, market alerts, notifications and complete onboarding workflows including KYC and AML verification. This was a focused delivery engagement with a fast time to market requirement. After launch, Mobiddiction conducted knowledge transfer and transitioned ongoing management to FP Markets’ internal IT teams.

FatProphets, is a financial insights and investment research firm, sought to modernise their subscription and sales model. Their existing outbound telesales strategy needed to be complemented by digital self service subscription workflows.

Mobiddiction conducted a technology review and created a practical roadmap to migrate their on premise Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Exchange environment to cloud based Microsoft services. We then built an integrated e commerce capability into their public website, enabling secure online subscription purchases and renewals with payment gateway integration. The system connects directly to the CRM, updating customer profiles, triggering sales notifications and generating scheduled reports for operational and management teams.

A leading Australian superannuation fund engaged Mobiddiction to design and develop a secure mobile app for more than one million members. The solution needed to meet high expectations for polished user experience while ensuring rigorous protection of personal and financial data.

The app uses a graduated security model. Members begin in a restricted lobby mode, and only after completing identity verification such as KYC checks do they gain access to private financial information including balances and transaction history. The app also includes a location based rewards system using geofencing and Bluetooth beacons to deliver contextual offers and notifications. Following launch, Mobiddiction assisted with a structured transition to the client’s internal technical team for long term maintenance and enhancement.
