Most enterprises already have significant investment in ERPs, CRMs, identity platforms and line of business systems. Rewriting everything to move to the cloud is rarely realistic.

For data heavy and spatial programs, we apply AI models to extract insights from geospatial layers, validate complex map structures and enhance visualisation. In the cybersecurity domain, we use AI supported log analysis, anomaly detection and event correlation to strengthen defence in depth for the platforms we manage.

We also use AI to generate draft material for knowledge bases and support guides, with final review and approval always performed by experienced staff.

Innovation in security is a core part of our R&D practice. Our ISO27001 certified controls and documentation give us a structured foundation to evaluate new threats, assess countermeasures and refine operational processes.

This work informs regular updates to the Mobiconnect platform and strengthens our ability to support systems that handle sensitive, regulated or operationally critical information.

Many government and enterprise projects require solutions that minimise or eliminate the collection of personal or sensitive information. Mobiddiction invests in privacy innovation, including self hosted alternatives to major cloud tools that do not align with strict privacy mandates, and architectural patterns that allow platforms to function without centralised user tracking.

Several of our programs operate entirely without storing PII or sensitive data, proving that privacy preserving design can be both practical and robust.

Geospatial Innovation, Mapping Research and

High Accuracy Data Capture

Mapping and geospatial technology have been central to Mobiddiction’s R&D work for more than a decade. We integrate with leading GIS ecosystems such as ESRI ArcGIS and Mapbox, and we explore emerging patterns for geospatial data processing and interoperability.

Our geospatial research includes the use of drones and programmed drone missions to capture aerial photography for producing accurate, current ground truth. Drone imagery is processed using photogrammetry to generate 3D models, elevation maps, and spatially aligned datasets suitable for planning, visualisation and operational use.

We also use mobile app geolocation data to generate anonymised crowd density heat maps, movement flows and precinct level usage patterns for events and public spaces. These insights support planning, safety, accessibility and optimisation of public environments.

Solving Complex Wayfinding Challenges with

AI and Spatial Intelligence

Public events, temporary venues and rapidly changing precincts create unique navigation challenges. Wayfinding paths may be obstructed by fencing, new infrastructure or shifting layouts that traditional routing systems cannot model in real time.

Mobiddiction applies AI and geospatial techniques to generate dynamic pedestrian navigation that adapts to temporary structures and changing conditions.

We explore multiple technologies for indoor positioning, including Bluetooth beacons, wifi triangulation, QR based location entry points and optical or camera based positioning.
