Over that time we have worked with hospitals, health departments, health marketing providers, healthcare companies and global life sciences organisations across patient support, behaviour change, staff education, rewards and wellness programs.

We understand that in healthcare, technology is there to support clinical and operational outcomes, not the other way round. Every engagement starts by clarifying the outcomes you need for patients, carers, clinicians or members, then designing IT platforms that are safe, trusted and easy to use in real world settings like wards, clinics, homes and workplaces.

Mobiddiction is ISO 27001 certified, with an Information Security Management System (ISMS) that aligns to Australian federal and state privacy laws, including requirements in New South Wales and Queensland, and to global expectations such as GDPR and similar regimes in other jurisdictions.

We understand the difference between general personal information, sensitive information and health information, and design systems that minimise data collection while still meeting clinical and reporting needs, and appropriately secure the data that is required to be collected.

PatientVR is a virtual reality platform that provides positive distraction and comfort for patients in settings such as palliative care, oncology and recovery. Built with over 300 industry consultations and trialled with NSW Health and Metro South Health QLD, it shows how Mobiddiction combines VR, evidence informed content design and strict data minimisation to deliver a solution that can run safely inside hospital environments.

VapingVR uses immersive storytelling and interactive scenarios to help young people understand the risks of vaping and make better choices. It demonstrates our ability to design health behaviour change programs that are engaging for younger audiences while still respecting the constraints of school and health settings.

We have worked on programs such as BootCamp, Total Wellbeing Diet and PharmaCare’s FatBlaster which shows our experience building consumer grade health and wellness apps that combine coaching, tracking, content and behaviour change techniques at scale.

These projects demonstrate our ability to handle high volume consumer usage while protecting sensitive lifestyle and health related data.

We started back in the day of the very first generation Apple Watch health experience when Apple watch was just introduced.

Working with a leading global health provider and Apple on an early Apple Watch health app for the launch of the first Apple Watch, gave Mobiddiction first hand experience in sensor based data, wearable UX and the operational constraints of large health organisations. The program informs how we now design for wearables, notifications and glanceable information in clinical and consumer health contexts.

For a global biopharmaceutical company, we delivered digital tools that support patient education, and carer support and education, for rare conditions and complex drug therapies. These programs show how we handle strict privacy requirements, consent, role based access control and content governance in rare disease and specialty medicine programs.

This program provided secure digital education and reference material for healthcare professionals supporting patients on specialised therapies. It highlights our capability in authenticated portals, role based content access, audit trails and integration with existing medical certification and education frameworks.
