Click and Collect Platform

Most enterprises already have significant investment in ERPs, CRMs, identity platforms and line of business systems. Rewriting everything to move to the cloud is rarely realistic.

Harvey Norman engaged Mobiddiction to define and deliver a Click and Collect experience that connects mobile, stock control, and in store operations across hundreds of locations.

The customer app uses geofencing and location awareness to guide people to the collection point as they approach a store or warehouse. The interface automatically shifts into a “counter ready” mode that displays order details for staff, reducing queues and manual lookups. Real time stock and fulfilment data drives accurate readiness estimates and alerts customers when their items are available for pickup.

Rewarding Local Loyalty and Rewards

Certified Locals is a community-focused digital loyalty and rewards platform created by Mobiddiction to support independent local retailers and strengthen high-street commerce.

Designed as an open loyalty ecosystem, the program lets customers discover and engage with participating local businesses, earn and redeem rewards points, access exclusive deals, and receive geo-targeted offers — all through a mobile-friendly experience that encourages community participation and helps small businesses compete with larger chains. Originally built to unify local retailers and foster stronger neighbourhood engagement, the Certified Locals platform combines simple sign-up, deal management tools for merchants, and customer-centric features that celebrate and amplify local shopping culture.

JB Hi-Fi:

Delivery and Installation Workforce Mobility Tool for Retail Sales

For JB Hi Fi, we built a field mobility tool that connects directly to their sales, CRM, and job management systems. It presents installers with a map based workflow, job details, and route planning in one place.

Geofencing detects arrival and departure at pickup points and customer locations, and the app handles status updates automatically. This reduces manual admin for technicians and gives customer service teams live information for accurate updates and expected arrival times.

The District Docklands:

Intelligent Precinct Mapping and Wayfinding

The District Docklands is a large retail, dining, accommodation, and entertainment precinct in Melbourne. Mobiddiction is working on a custom precinct map with filterable points of interest covering retail, events, parking, services and food categories.

The map powered by Mobiconnect’s AI supported pedestrian wayfinding engine, designed to handle real world constraints that traditional routing cannot manage. This includes festivals, temporary event structures, closed walkways, and irregular thoroughfares. The system adapts in real time, giving visitors accurate guidance even when the environment changes.

This reduces confusion, improves foot traffic flow, and helps precinct operators manage seasonal events without manually reworking the digital map.

Uptown Handles

Mobiddiction worked with Uptown Handles to shape their digital commerce strategy, delivering consulting, Shopify implementation and system integrations. Automated, trigger-based marketing and email workflows were introduced, supported by AI-driven product curation to ensure brand and product consistency across every customer touchpoint.
