The platform delivers personalised notifications and recommendations while respecting strict privacy, identity verification and financial grade security requirements. This program demonstrates how loyalty concepts can operate within heavily regulated environments.

A City Scale Digital Treasure Hunt

For the City of Melbourne and the AFL, Mobiddiction delivered Find My Footy, a map based promotional game that encouraged people to explore the CBD for ALF themed locations in the lead up to the finals. Participants scanned QR codes placed around the city, collected digital footies and earned prizes and entered major prize draws through location based challenges.

The program showcased our ability to blend geospatial data, event logistics and a fun user experience within a tightly timed activation window.

Sydney Royal Easter Show:

Location Driven Rewards

For the Sydney Royal Easter Show, Mobiddiction combined beacons, geofenced zones and real time location signals to deliver location based reward notifications, competitions and prize unlocks throughout the event.

A key feature was automated prize redemption at selected vending machines, triggered by validated proximity and user actions using Mobiconnect™ and it’s 3rd party API capabilities to communicate with the vending machine operators real time systems.

This work highlighted how loyalty programs can integrate with physical infrastructure and event operations to create memorable visitor experiences with spatial intelligence.
