Working with Telstra as a partner we designed and managed the public WiFi and captive portal experiences. We design branded sign on journeys that comply with privacy expectations while giving venues and sponsors a direct channel to engage fans in the moments that matter. That includes personalised welcome screens, targeted offers, sponsor campaigns, and analytics that show how fans explore and use different areas of the stadium.

Mobiddiction worked with HomeWorld as a sponsor of the Sydney Thunder BBL to turn match day crowds into active participants through simple, interactive digital experience using AR. Using on site augmented reality tools, we delivered activities that fans could engage with directly, giving the fans a fun ways to connect with audiences. The platform captured no private data and generated personalised real time content for fans which they were able to view on their personal devices or at the large screen during the game on match-day. Our team built smart moderation tools and was also on site at all the home games for the Sydney Thunder in Sydney & Canberra.
We also took part in pre-game BBL and WBBL player activations for social media engagement pre the start of the season to promote the activation to Sydney Thunder fans.
